Doug McMurtrie | General Manager

Doug

Doug is a 30 year veteran in the commercial cleaning industry and has owned and managed commercial cleaning operations since 1985. He has been with Complete Care Maintenance since its onset in 2001 and has been instrumental in CCM’s marketing and continued growth ever since. Doug is responsible for our day to day operations which include daily communication with the staff and clients, both in the office and in the field. Doug attended Fairleigh Dickinson and Quinnipiac College before he decided to start his own business. He is always available to answer our customers questions, comments and requests.

Kim M O’Shea | Vice President

Kim

Kim comes from a varied background which includes working in the Passaic County Prosecutors Office for many years which lead her to work with various municipalities in New Jersey. She eventually
ended up with one of the premier cleaning companies at the time, Colin Service Systems until they were bought out by a national company in 2005.

Kathy

From holding various positions at some of the largest companies on the West coast and working diligently in every aspect of media relations, corporate communications and marketing, Kathy brings her skills and experiences to our clients. Her years of experience has led to an impressive list of clients including DuPont, Atlantic Mutual Insurance, American Re Corporation, Kodak, Motorola, SkyTel, USWest, Toshiba and Microsoft to name a few. Kathy is here to compose and deliver relevant articles, press releases and assist with our ongoing SEO/SMO.

David Rogers | Area Supervisor

David

David is a 10 year veteran in the commercial and facility cleaning industry He has extensive management background which includes being the store manager of McDonalds while he was still attending high school as well as a management specialist at Xerox. David is very methodical in his approach and takes pride in the accounts we service.

Nestor Duran | Area Supervisor

Nestor

Nestor is a 18 year veteran in the commercial cleaning industry. Nestor is originally from Quito, Ecuador but relocated to the United States in 1995. In Ecuador, he was an esteemed college professor but decided to move to the U.S to be close to his immediate family. Nestor is a site supervisor and is responsible for quality control and the day to day communications with the cleaning personnel and our customers. He is a hands on, get thing done kind of guy and maintains a work ethic that is unparalleled.
