Doug McMurtrie : General Manager
Is a 30 year veteran in the commercial cleaning industry and has been with Complete Care Maintenance since its startup in March 2001. He has been instrumental in its marketing and continued growth ever since. Doug is responsible for our day to day operations which includes daily communication with the entire staff, which include our cleaning personnel in the “field” at customer locations. Doug has been in the cleaning industry since 1985 as an owner and manager of a few large cleaning companies. He has witnessed first hand the changes and design of equipment, which he believes will lead to further automation as time goes on. Doug attended Fairleigh Dickinson and Quinnipiac College before he decided to start his own business. He is always available to answer our customers questions, comments and requests.
Kathy Rahme: Director of Public Relations
From holding various positions at some of the largest companies on the West coast and working diligently in every aspect of media relations, corporate communications and public affairs, Kathy brings her skills and experiences to our clients. Her years of experience has led to an impressive list of clients including DuPont, Atlantic Mutual Insurance, American Re Corporation, Kodak, Motorola, SkyTel, USWest, Toshiba and Microsoft to name a few. Kathy is here to help compose and deliver relevant articles and create press releases and assist with SMO.
Nestor Duran: Regional Supervisor
Is a 18 year veteran in the commercial cleaning industry. Nestor is originally from Quito, Equador but relocated to the United states in 1995. In Equador, he was an esteemed college professor but decided to move to the U.S to be close to his immediate family. Nestor is in charge of our “field” site supervisors and is responsible for the day to day communications and updates they provide him with. He is a hands on, get thing done kind of guy and maintains a work ethic that is unparalleled.
Kim M O’Shea: Office Administrator
Kim comes from a varied background which includes working in the Passaic County Prosecutors Office for many years which lead her into the mortgage banking business. She ended up with one of the premier cleaning companies at the time, Colin Service Systems until they were bought out by a national company in 2005.
